The following songs were picked for their tempos and should be kept in the following order.
The list starts with a warm-up pace, gradually increases to a fast pace, and then slows for
a cool-down; the last song is for stretching. The total time is 35 minutes. For a "Getting Stronger"
level person, the list would probably reflect a Vigorous Mode walk. For "Physically Fit" folks,
this would be a Moderate Mode walk.

All songs can be sampled and purchased online for less than a dollar at a variety of music
downloading websites such as buy.com, walmart.com, amazon.com, etc.
