We hear it all the time: we're getting heavier and more sedentary, and chronic diseases like diabetes
and heart disease are skyrocketing. As a registered nurse, I counsel all my patients about the importance
of exercise, but I realize they face obstacles such as perceived lack of time, expense, and not knowing
exactly what to do. There are lots of great books on getting fit, but many people never get started because
they're overwhelmed by too much information and complex routines. To make exercise more practical
and less daunting, I designed a user-friendly program of simple and well known exercises* diagrammed
on colorful easy-to-follow cards.

My new SIMPLY FITTER © 2005 program is a simple step-by-step plan that shows you exactly what to do
one day at a time
. It will help you become physically fit by addressing muscular strength and endurance
through strength-training, cardio-respiratory endurance through walking, and flexibility through stretching.
And it starts with just 15 minutes of exercise a day! Suitable for healthy adults of all ages, including seniors.

Gradually progressing from Just Beginning to Getting Stronger to Physically Fit,  SIMPLY FITTER  covers a
12 - week program that includes exercise definitions and instructions for performing the exercises correctly and
efficiently. Conveniently packaged in a recloseable clear plastic box, the 3" x 4 1/2" cards can be arranged so the
current day's exercises face the front. A hang tab allows you to hang the box from a suction cup hook (not included)
in a place where you can't miss them (like the bathroom mirror or TV). This will help you establish a consistent
exercise habit, the kind that will keep you looking and feeling better for a lifetime! Remember to take your cards
with you when you travel, too. The cards are also available in a 4' x 5 1/2" flipbook with spiral binding.
